Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Australia-Wide

Every order ships free anywhere in Australia. No minimum spend.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, please allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery. Remote and regional areas may take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to Australian addresses only, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at support@pressureaus.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can update it before your order is dispatched but can't redirect parcels once they're on the way.
